In 2006 Altkon met up with and formed a partnership with the directors of a niche software development company called Qualia Systems Limited.

This boutique software company have developed and built a unique expert knowledge management system called Incanto. Incanto is an innovative business rules and business decision engine and we have yet to find a complex business area where Incanto does not fit.
